They assured me they’d get it done on time, took the payment—and then everything fell apart. A staff member Bharti stopped answering calls the moment the money went through. Communication died, updates were nonexistent, and it was painfully clear they didn’t understand (or care about) basic visa processes. The owner Ramesh, will keep saying he is in Thailand and never show his face - these are fraudsters On the day before my flight, I was suddenly told “nothing can be done.” I ultimately had to go to the embassy myself to collect my passport—something I could have planned for earlier if they’d simply been honest. The worst part? When I raised concerns, I was basically told they don’t care about bad reviews. That’s their attitude. Please don’t risk your time, money, or peace of mind here. In my opinion, the whole operation felt misleading from start to finish, and my experience lines up with several other negative reviews saying the same things. PS: Right below this, they’ll probably reply that they “don’t have any customer by this name” or post some canned excuse. I don’t care about their reply—I’m posting this to save you the trouble. Choose someone else - Please dont waste your time, money and peace of mind on these frauds."
